Eight seats argue in fixed order. One sentence each. Then a verdict.
The AnimeStack eight-seat house, installed into an AI coding host. Not a mascot pack — a design layer: every material decision descends Mei → Elo → MechaPip → Yui → Niko → Rin → Aria → Reika, one sentence each, and closes with a verdict.
AnimeStack is a room. A ship must survive a failure review and a pre-registered falsifier before it touches anything. No votes. No skips. No merges. The same spine runs on every surface — a bug, a refactor, a ship, a cull. One box, one mechanism. A thing is not finished when it is named; it is finished when all eight sentences exist.
Listed by leadership, founder first; the loop order is Mei, Elo, MechaPip, Yui, Niko, Rin, Aria, Reika. The roster is seven women and the machine — the named exception. A seat page opens the full digest, dossier, and companion backstory for each mind.
One roster card per seat; the full art library — dossier cards, character sheets, and 4K wallpapers — lives in the pack at art/.
Each seat page carries that character's entire lore — the digest the agent runs on, the dossier, and the companion backstory. The house canon and the seat dossiers stay in the repo at docs/lore/.
AnimeStack house canon · Rev 8.
The canon ships with the pack; this repo is the source.
Eight seats, one loop, one law of the room.
